What are the most important house rules?

To ensure everyone enjoys their stay and our home remains lovely for all, please observe the following:

  1. NO PETS ARE ALLOWED INSIDE THE HOUSE.
  2. PARTIES ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED.
  3. NO LOUD MUSIC
  4. NO ROADSIDE PARKING
  5. DO NOT BLOCK THE ENTRANCES OF OTHER UNITS.
  6. NO WASHING OF ANY VEHICLES ON ANY ROADWAYS WITHIN THE DEVELOPMENT.
  7. NO ILLEGAL ACTIVITIES
  8. NO ILLEGAL SUBSTANCES ARE ALLOWED.
  9. NO UNREGISTERED GUESTS ALLOWED.
  10. THE SPEED LIMIT WITHIN THE DEVELOPMENT IS 30 MPH.
  11. PLEASE DO NOT DISTRUB OTHER RESIDENTS AND NEIGHBOURS.
  12. THERE ARE AREAS THAT ARE OFF LIMITS. PLEASE DO NOT VENTURE OUTSIDE OF THE VICINITY OF YOUR  UNIT OR MODEL UNIT. KINDLY TAKE NOTE THAT THERE ARE PARTS OF THE DEVELOPMENT STILL UNDER CONSTRUCTION. AS A RESULT, WE KINDLY ASK YOU DO NOT ENTER ANY ACTIVE CONSTRUCTION ZONES OR ACCESS ANY OF THE BEACHES.
  13. SMOKING IN COMMON AREAS IS ALLOWED.
  14. PLEASE TURN OFF A/Cs WHEN LEAVING FOR LONG PERIODS.
  15. PLEASE DO NOT MESS UP THE WALLS.
  16. PLEASE DO NOT REARRANGE THE DECORS.
  17. PLEASE TAKE CARE OF THE FURNISHINGS.
  18. DO NOT TAMPER WITH SMOKE DETECTORS OR FIRE EXTINQUISHERS.
  19. ALL DAMAGED/BROKEN ITEMS MUST BE REPORTED.

What are the check-in and check-out times?

Guests can arrive after 3 pm on the day of check-in and must depart by 11 am on their departure day.

What should guests do before checking out?

Guests, we kindly ask you to do the following:

  1. GATHER AND PLACE ALL TOWELS IN THE SOILED BASKET.
  2. WASH YOUR DISHES.
  3. DISPOSE OF YOUR GARBAGE IN THE BIN.
  4. TURN OF ALL A/C UNITS, CEILING FANS, AND LIGHTS.
  5. CLOSE AND LOCK ALL DOORS.

What is your cancellation and payment policy?

We understand that plans can change. To help our guests plan with confidence while protecting the integrity of our hosting operations, please review our cancellation terms below:

Standard Stays (less than 28 nights)

  • Cancellations made 4 or more days before check-in will receive a full refund, including the deposit.
  • Cancellations made within 3 days of check-in (after the final balance is due) will not be eligible for a refund.
  • No-shows and early departures are non-refundable.


Long-Term Stays (28+ nights) For long-term bookings of 28 nights or more, the following policy applies:

  • Non-refundable: Cancellations made less than 7 days before check-in are non-refundable.

We encourage guests booking extended stays to ensure certainty in travel plans. We also strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance.

Other Conditions

  • Early departure: Unused nights are non-refundable.

Are there any other important things guests should know?

Guests are free to have visitors, however, they are not allowed to stay overnight unless the necessary payments have been made. We kindly ask guests to inform the host about visitors and provide their full names to prevent any inconvenience at the security gate.
